Terms and Conditions
Booking and Reservations
By submitting a reservation request through feriland.ro, you are requesting to book the Master Villa for the selected dates. All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Feriland within 24 hours. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation via email.
Pricing and Payment
The nightly rate is €500. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. The total amount is communicated at the time of reservation confirmation. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the confirmation email.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of €200 is collected in cash at check-in. The deposit is returned in full at check-out, provided no damage to the property or its contents has occurred.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the check-in date. For cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, the full reservation amount is due. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Check-out: before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is 6 persons (4 adults + 2 on extra beds), including children and infants. This limit must not be exceeded for any reason.
House Rules
Pets are not allowed. Events, parties, and gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy are not permitted. Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with care and respect. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
Liability
Feriland SRL is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings during the stay. Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property, its furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
